**2023 Mad Money Season Is Now Closed
Jim Thorpe Rotary Club $ Mad Money $ Fundraiser
Our club’s motto is “Service Above Self”, and this fundraiser helps us continue our service work in the community, including donations to area nonprofits, summer youth programs, food pantry and animal shelter support, and scholarships for area students.
We are giving away three cash prizes this year:
1st Place - $500
2nd Place - $300
3rd Place - $200
The cost of a raffle ticket is $20, and 100% of the money raised supports our charitable endeavors.

Because of past winners and everyone who has participated in Mad Money over the years, our local contributions of more than $160,000 have directly impacted 3,500+ people. The indirect impact is immeasurable. Our charitable work spans the globe too, through our contributions of more than $10,000 through Rotary International to support polio eradication, relief programs, and more. And finally, our Club members have logged more than 2,000 volunteer hours in the community, actually practicing what we preach.
